Unfortunately, this appointment cannot be cancelled, and no refunds will be issued if you are unable to join the call at the scheduled time. After payment, a Google form will be sent out to gather initial information, which will be reviewed by the appointed student or recent graduate before the actual review call. Please remember to check your spam and junk folders, just in case it ends up there. A review call may not take place until the Google form has been filled out. As a result, a partial refund of 50% will be provided only if our time has been reserved and you fail to comply. A Google Meet link will be sent upon completion of the form to the designated person. While the assigned person will be chosen at random, you can be confident that all of our registered student consultants are equally capable of addressing all your inquiries!
